Front Seal For Diesel Pump (Stops Cutting Out Problems)

I purchased this seal, "O"ring & Fuel filter from the Pajero Shop for my 2.8TD exceed. I decided to tackle the job myself as I am mechanically minded. I followed the Excellent instructions supplied and did the whole job in about 6 hours. bearing in mind I was starting from scratch. The only thing I did differently from the instructions was I marked the front of the pump gear against the case before I removed it to easily check it when the pump was put back. Also because there was some wear in the pump shaft I made a 1mm spacer washer so the seal mated with a new part of the shaft. Excellent products and service. I thoroughly reccomend this supplier. and have done on the Pajero Owners Club site.
